Acumatica joins IFS in EQT acquisition 

EQT Partners, a private equity firm, will have 100% ownership of Acumatica within the next 30 to 60 days. EQT has grown many mid market companies in the past and we believe they will do the same for Acumatica by providing financial resources and industry expertise. EQT will place Acumatica and IFS, a global enterprise applications company, in the same portfolio, leading the way for advancements for both companies.

​What does this mean for HRC and our clients'? EQT plans to keep the same goals and partner-first approach that Acumatica has emphasized. IFS CEO, Darren Roos, will soon be part of Acumatica's board of directors and he expressed “this collaboration is great news for both organizations, our customers, partners, and employees.” With the creation of this new global entity, we can expect growth for Acumatica in years to come.
